Nina is a graduate from the Registered Massage Therapy program at CDI College South Surrey location. In her treatment modalities that she provides are Swedish and Petrissage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Joint Mobilization and PNF stretching. David, a graduate from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy with a background in Kinesiology strongly believes that movement and relaxation are paramount aspects in optimizing health.

David promotes both of these in his treatments and he is capable of working with a wide spectrum of concerns including, but not limited to, postural and repetitive strain, whiplash, muscle and joint pain, headache, nerve entrapment, athletic injury, and stress management.

He works to engage your nervous system through dynamic release, reciprocal inhibition, and relaxation techniques complemented with deeper modalities to provide a well rounded focus on your goals.

Alongside his treatments, David provides education, rehabilitative exercises, and effective home care strategies for long lasting results.

His fascination with the intricacies of the human body drives him to tailor the perfect recovery plan uniquely suited to each individual so they can enjoy the quality of life they deserve.

Ross has completed the intensive RMT program at West Coast College of Massage Therapy in the summer of 2021. Due to his personal experiences with sports rehab, Ross has been passionate about pursuing a career in healthcare. Ross believes that RMT’s exercise an important factor in an individuals wellbeing and recovery.

Ross’ hobbies include weightlifting, soccer, and snowboarding. In his free time, Ross enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

In the future, Ross is interested in expanding his knowledge on RMT techniques and treatments, to further help with his patient’s road to recovery.

Shanil Sharma graduated at the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. He’s a former athlete and high school coach who specialized in soccer, football, hockey, softball and track and field. Shanil is nationally certified as a coach (NCCP), Strength and Conditioning (NSCA), Kinesiology/ Active Rehab (B.Sc Kin), a minor in Nutrition and is a member of the BCAK (British Columbia association of Kinesiology).

Growing up, Shanil was heavily dedicated to sports which led to his experience however, also resulted in many injuries. While recovering from major surgery and going through rehab, he was fascinated with the process and decided to make a career change. Now, Shanil spends his days training regular individuals’/student athletes, coaching, and rehabbing his clients back to health. He provides 1 on 1 training and rehab that is scientifically backed with years of research.

Ruby Tiwana completed her Diploma in Massage Therapy in 2017, graduating at the top of her class. She had the privilege of being taught by some of the industry-leading experts and renowned practitioners. She is excited to combine the knowledge she has gained with her strong desire to help people heal and understand the importance of a healthy body.

Ruby’s approach is to address each individual’s needs with personalized care and consideration. She offers a focused and detailed biomechanical assessment, including movement assessment, postural assessment, and various orthopedic tests. Whether the goal is rehabilitation, relaxation or maintenance, Ruby takes great joy and pride in working with clients toward the successful improvement of their quality of life.

Outside of work, Ruby can be seen playing sports, enjoying the outdoors, and spending time with loved ones.
